Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and recording of shipments.
  • Clearing out all status of shipment during current shift.
  • Update the status of shipment through CRM used
  • Complete the details on CRM system of all shipments through call verification from delivery providers.
  • Escalate issues and incomplete records to client.


Qualifications:

  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Graduate of any 2 year course
  • At least 6 months experience in back office/ inbound or outbound in call center
